Project Overview

The Labour Activation Programme (LAP) formed part of the national Unemployment Insurance Fund initiative implemented over a three-year period to stimulate job creation and support beneficiaries in South Africa. The project included skills programmes in New Venture Creation (NQF Level 2) and Early Childhood Development (NQF Level 5), as well as learnerships in National Diploma Plant Production (NQF Level 5) and National Certificate in Environmental Practice (NQF Level 4).

NIG Role

Ndlovu Investment Group acted as a networking, programme management, and governance support partner, coordinating stakeholders, securing job placement industry partners, and supporting the structuring and execution of the project.
