Formerly at Barloworld, she led CSI and stakeholder management, chaired Barloworld Siyakhula, and served as Executive Director of Mbewu -- a social entrepreneurship fund supporting township and rural businesses.

Group Executive: Academic Services at NIG, with extensive experience in transformational management, donor-funded project oversight, and stakeholder engagement. She ensures that educational initiatives deliver measurable impact aligned with NIG's development objectives.

Expert in human resource development, strategic workforce planning, and labour relations. She oversees employment equity, health and safety, and embeds global best practices to support NIG's long-term sustainability and investor confidence.

Business Development Lead

A visionary entrepreneur with over 16 years in manufacturing and a decade in socio-economic transformation. He has led initiatives ranging from modular fertiliser plants to phosphate mining, and draws on global cooperative models (Saemaul Undong, Mondragon) to craft Africanised development frameworks.
